network / Internet user ID and password as provided by your network
administrator.

Internet Explorer 5.02, 5.5 with SP2 and with the June 2003 Cumulative Patch for IE (Q818529) or
Internet Explorer 6.0 with SP1.
Note: The presence of pop-up blockers on a learner’s computer can result in
scoring and tracking issues with web-based learning courses. You may have a pop-up blocker running if you have
installed toolbars from Google, Yahoo, etc. These tools should be removed to avoid problems. If you need help
removing software you have installed, please call your organization’s technology support contact.
